Meet Alison Mulligan
Executive Coach & Talent Strategist
Alison Mulligan is a dynamic, forward-thinking people strategist. She brings nearly 20 years of experience within the human resources space to the Assemble team. She spent the last 12 years at Mars, Incorporated where she designed numerous transformational programs as an HR leader.
One of her favorite experiences was leading Mars Wrigley’s multi-year change program opening a new, state-of-the-art office located in Newark, NJ. This effort allowed her to transition to the role of Global Director of Workplace Experience where she was charged with building the Future of Work program, transitioning 34,000 Mars Associates to a hybrid work model. For the last year, Alison led HR for the Global Digital Technologies division, driving the people agenda, and helping the function further embed digital capabilities across the enterprise.
Alison spent the early part of her career working for other consumer packaged goods companies, including Avon Products Inc.
She earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin and Marshall College, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
Alison lives in New Jersey, with her husband Chris and their two children, Charlotte and Jameson. Outside of work, she loves yoga, traveling with her family and hosting social events that bring people together. She never misses an opportunity to plan a menu with good food and drinks!
