Meet Allison Ginsberg

Allison is a commercially-minded, results-driven, passionate, pioneering and enterprising Human Resources executive. She has demonstrated aptitude in high-growth, agile and fast-paced environments and brings more than 20 years experience as a well-rounded HR business partner. She is known as relationship-focused, a trusted advisor and thought partner across all levels of organizations from founders and CEOs to hourly employees. Allison has extensive experience within fashion, retail and beauty industries.  ​  ​

Most recently, Allison was the VP, Head of People at Glowbar (skincare company) where she developed and executed all aspects of a comprehensive, business-aligned people strategy to nurture and champion company culture. This thoughtful strategy enabled the organization to scale from six to 17 locations. Before Glowbar, Allison held positions of increasing responsibility at Saks Fifth Avenue, Prada, Liz Claiborne Inc., Tiffany & Co., Tory Burch and Kate Spade. She holds a B.S. from the University of Florida.  ​

Allison, her husband and their two teenagers are self-described foodies and love planning vacations and activities around top rated food destinations. She loves fashion, beauty and her Australian Labradoodle, Gator (go Gators!). ​
