Danielle Kayal

Executive Coach

Danielle Kayal discovered leadership coaching over 15 years ago when she helped her organization set-up its first internal executive coaching practice. After conducting a coaching research study, which revealed the deep impact coaching had on leaders, Danielle knew that developing leaders through coaching was one of her callings.

Her coaching incorporates a holistic approach to inspiring change and achieving goals. Through mindfulness and neuroscience principles, as well as the arts, she helps clients increase their capacity to lead with authenticity through challenging situations, and discover strengths they didn’t know they had. Danielle believes that by coaching leaders to be both critical thinkers and compassionate communicators, she can help co-create a more human world of work.

Danielle has over 15 years of experience in Leadership and Organizational Development and Human Resources working for large global Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups. She has worked with leaders from first-time managers to seasoned executives as a trusted business partner, learning designer, facilitator and mentor.

She holds Master’s degrees in both Organizational Psychology and Secondary Education. She holds certifications as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resource), an ICF certified coach and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She is a certified practitioner of the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment as well as the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). She is active in her local SHRM chapter and leads the NYC chapter of the Workplace Evolutionaries.

Danielle replenishes herself by exploring new cities or towns without a map, hiking with her dog Bella, and incorporating some type of play every day.
