How I use #Candor: Like Emily Post suggests – you should tell people the truth if they can do something about it. If it’s constructive, I say it and let people know that my intentions are good.

How I use #Courage: I’m courageous in the sprit of fairness and being helpful to others. It takes courage to identify where clients can be more successful – and that sometimes comes in the form of delivering tough news.

How I use #Care: If I was a caring person before, the pandemic has amplified that further. Caring connects us to each other helps build relationships which is critical in our business as well as personal life.

#whatmattersmost to me: Gratitude and human connection matter most to me. Oh, and chocolate.
