Meet Emily Ingber

Executive Assistant & Operations Admin

With a background spanning fast-paced tech startups, global executive support, and nearly a decade in education, Emily brings a unique blend of operational excellence, people-first leadership, and community building to every role she steps into. Prior to joining Assemble HR, she served as an Executive Assistant at a global tech company, where she supported C-suite leaders across 14 international offices and streamlined communication and logistics at scale.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Emily earned her Master’s in Education and spent almost a decade as a special education teacher—an experience that instilled in her a deep appreciation for empathy, structure, and the power of connection.

She feels incredibly fortunate to have landed at Assemble HR, a company that perfectly aligns with her passion for relationships, growth, and empowerment.

Emily currently lives in New Jersey with her family, though she’s a born and raised Brooklyn girl. While she’s worked hard to soften her accent (she no longer says “cawfee” ☕), she’ll never give up her love for New York bagels and pizza. Fun fact: Emily is also 25% Native American—specifically Mohawk. Although she can dance, rain dances are not currently in her repertoire.

Outside of work, Emily lives her favorite role: Super Mom to two amazing kids. Whether it’s creating lists, creating joy, or championing others, she’s all about making things better and brighter.
