Meet Evie Suarez

HRBP, Operations & Talent Strategist

Evie Suarez is an experienced HRBP, Operations & Talent Strategist, working as a partner to clients in areas of navigating change, developing culture, people operations, employee relations, and leadership coaching. She is a dynamic leader with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations & Culture in industries including manufacturing, retail, and property management with companies including Andersen Windows, Macy’s, McCormick, and Cortland Partners. She has great experience as a business partner/coach to leaders navigating complex people challenges and has also held roles in project management, team leadership, employee relations, and total rewards. Evie believes the “coaching sweet-spot” is reached by understanding “the game” and by establishing strong rapport with the key players. She has a passion for learning about the business drivers and what fuels the bottom line. Evie focuses on building authentic relationships because she believes strong partnerships with foundations of vulnerability, trust, and mutual respect will undoubtedly yield positive results.

Evie has a masters degree from Rutgers University with coursework in organizational leadership, education, and human resource management. She also holds a senior certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and a change practitioner certification from PROSCI. She currently lives in Georgia where she enjoys warm weather and a vibrant city life. When she is not out socializing in the sun or finding a new restaurant to enjoy food, she is likely baking a sourdough loaf or reading a book.
