Jenn Yee brings a decade of experience in talent management, leadership & professional development, for-profit, and nonprofit university education, as well as innovation & growth consulting.
Prior to Assemble, Jenn built and led the Organizational Development, Learning, Employee Experience, and Internal Communication functions at HelloFresh US, serving 5000+ employees in both corporate headquarters and frontline essential field locations across the country. During her time there, she stood up several flagship development programs for senior leaders, emerging leaders, and first-time and frontline managers, with a strong foundation in #peoplefocusedleadership.
Jenn has appeared on outlets such as WBEZ Chicago Public Radio and TastyTrade Network. She’s also been a featured speaker/panelist at Denver Startup Week, Boulder Startup Week, Chicago Ideas Week, e@NU at Northwestern University, and the semi-annual summit of the Collegiate Career Services Association (CCSA) of Colorado & Wyoming. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Sage Corps, a study abroad and global entrepreneurship program that sends top college and postgraduate students to study at leading universities and work with premier technology startups.
Jenn is certified in Everything DiSC, and has facilitated dozens of workshops leveraging Gallup StrengthsFinder and the Five Dysfunctions of a Team. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and her BA from Williams College. She lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and two children, where she has many interests, including running races, hiking shady trails, camping, growing flowers, baking bread at altitude, and illustration.
