Meet Jodi Remer

Manager, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition

Jodi Remer is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with over 15 years of experience in performance management, strategic hiring, people operations, event management, employee relations, training and development, and recruiting. Prior to joining Assemble HR, she led the Talent Acquisition and Development team for the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP, where she spent ten years. She managed many initiatives including the Summer Associate program, on-campus and lateral recruiting, and professional development programming and in-house trainings. Under her leadership, Paul Hastings LLP was awarded the #1 Summer Program in New York in 2010, 2012 and 2015 by the American Lawyer Summer Associate Survey and #1 in the New York Mid-Level Associate American Lawyer Survey for four consecutive years.

She received her education at the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Women’s Studies. Jodi currently lives in Montclair, NJ with her husband, two very active boys, and Riggins (her puppy). When she is not working or chasing after her boys, you’ll find Jodi riding her Peloton, reading on the beach, or binge watching the newest Netflix show.
