Meet Kat Campbell

Kat Campbell has a proven track record of success across all aspects of the employee lifecycle in Human Resources/People & Culture. With experience in both consulting and corporate environments, Kat has worked with large, established companies such as Morgan Stanley and IBM, as well as small, agile startups. Throughout her career, one theme has remained constant: her desire to make the workplace better for all.

Kat is a data-driven professional dedicated to improving the employee experience. She holds a degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). She started her career consulting at IBM and has spent a significant portion of her career on Wall Street, where she honed her skills in using data to tell stories and understand the state of people within the business.

Kat focuses on building compensation philosophies, benchmarking, internal and external equity analysis, and developing long-term compensation strategies. Her expertise extends to people analytics, using HR data to provide insights throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring to departure. By leveraging people analytics, Kat helps HR communicate more effectively with the business.

Kat, a trusted career expert, has been featured in Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, and Inc. Magazine, among others. Outside of work, Kat is a power yoga teacher, a former New Yorker, and a proud mom of a rambunctious toddler with another baby boy on the way. She resides in Nashville, TN.
