How I use #Candor: I use candor to improve relationships, build trust, and help others (and myself) to be more successful.

How I use #Courage: I use courage to speak up when something doesn’t “feel right”, to advocate for myself and others, and to step out of my comfort zone.

How I use #Care: I can sense how others are feeling and encourage them to share their thoughts and feelings with me, without judgment. And, I make them feel safe doing so.

#whatmattersmost to me: Being a good person, living with purpose, and being the best Mom I can be for my boys.
