Lillian spent 10 years at Tiffany & Co., where she held roles of increasing responsibility. She was instrumental in shaping Tiffany’s culture by leading talent strategy initiatives, including workforce planning, succession management, DEIB and leadership development for Global and Regional corporate and retail teams. Following Tiffany’s acquisition by LVMH, Lillian guided the company through a major transformation, working to align the business and talent strategies with a keen focus on employee experience. solidified her reputation as a trusted business and thought partner to individuals across all levels of the organization. In addition to her tenure at Tiffany, Lillian has held key HR leadership roles at Juicy Couture, RadioShack, and Home Depot.

Lillian holds a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management and is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner through PROSCI.
