She was instrumental in shaping Tiffany’s culture by leading talent strategy initiatives, including workforce planning, succession management, DEIB and leadership development for Global and Regional corporate and retail teams. Following Tiffany’s acquisition by LVMH, Lillian guided the company through a major transformation, working to align the business and talent strategies with a keen focus on employee experience.
