Meet Virginia Graham

Executive Coach

Virginia Graham is a seasoned People leader and leadership coach who loves supporting others to achieve their goals. She creates a warm and comfortable environment to build trust and work through the really tough issues together. In the midst of any type of transition, Virginia can help
people identify their wants and needs, set goals, and build a plan to move forward. Whether going for a promotion, managing someone for the first time, or starting a new leadership role, she can help craft a strategy and build confidence around next steps. A mom of four kids, Virginia especially loves to coach new moms who are preparing for parental leave or returning to work after time away.

Before becoming a “people person” Virginia was an economic consultant and then a management consultant. She lived the fast moving, high pressure, and also rewarding career track, so intuitively understands the corporate environment along with its pushes and pulls. She’s worked with folks at companies large and small, across industries and roles, mentoring and advising individual contributors through c-suite executives.

Virginia earned a coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and is also certified by the International Coaching Federation. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University, and an MBA from Northwestern University. She has held positions at Bain & Company, Bessemer Venture Partners, Cornerstone Research, Roundabout Theater Company, and Arena Stage.

Virginia lives in New York City with her husband and four children. She loves to take advantage of all the city has to offer culturally, and regularly goes to see musicals, ballet, and modern dance shows. She also loves to bake (and eat!) and recently learned to quilt and block print
