The #AssembleNetwork is a leadership development and networking program unlike any other.
Each cohort is made of 12 people that share a 6-session journey on Zoom that is facilitated by an expert leadership development strategist. We join as strangers, and leave the program with an authentically bonded network comprised of richly diverse backgrounds, industries, geographies and experiences.

A different kind of networking.
The #AssembleNetwork started in September 2018 “before Zoom was even a thing”, and has been creating vibrant, intimate, connected virtual communities since we began. Over 250 people are now part of the alumni network and our cohorts remain connected well after their experience is over.
Who's in the network?
Our #AssembleNetwork cohorts are filled with people across the map and across disciplines. We have Product Leaders, COOs, Legal partners, Finance Execs, Sales Leaders, Executive Coaches, HR Leaders, Media Execs, Business Development Leaders, Independent Consultants, Sourcing Partners, Technologists… The only “requirement” is that our members share a passion for #PeopleFocusedLeadership.
