She brings 15+ years of experience across coaching and HR in fast-moving, high-expectation environments. Her background spans media, retail, technology, and fintech, with roles across talent development, learning and development, and HR business partnership.

She has seen firsthand what drives performance and where things tend to break down, often not because people aren’t capable, but because they don’t have a way of working that actually fits how they think.

Chani’s work brings together strengths, listening, and executive function to help clients think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and follow through consistently. Her approach is grounded in practical, real-world application, building ways of working that hold up day to day.
