Executives meet and select an Assemble coach for a personalized experience. Together, the executive and Assemble coach set goals and create strategies to obtain those outcomes. As leaders navigate through a time of integration and change, executive coaching can enhance leadership interactions and boost the overall performance of an organization.

Our team of certified Strengths coaches will lead your employees through their personalized CliftonStrengths Assessment and learn how to leverage their unique talents and strengths to unlock their own potential and how to work best within a team.
How it works:
Your employees will complete the online CliftonStrengths Assessment and share the reports with our Assemble certified strengths coach. We will conduct a 1-hour one-on-one coaching session to review your employee’s personalized themes and provide targeted strategies for both individual success and maximizing the team experience.
Peer coaching experiences for 6-8 leaders build leadership skills, relationships, and confidence during a time of change. Pods meet monthly over the course of 6 months.
