How it works:
Your employees will complete the online CliftonStrengths Assessment and share the reports with our Assemble certified strengths coach. We will conduct a 1-hour one-on-one coaching session to review your employee’s personalized themes and provide targeted strategies for both individual success and maximizing the team experience.
