In this program, we tackle those “cringeworthy” topics and issues that can arise in the workplace head on by uncovering what makes them challenging, why they’re important to address and ways to build safe space for discussion. Participants will walk away with tools to help facilitate dialogue that will cultivate inclusive environments.


In this program, we explore the definition of unconscious bias, microaggressions, the science behind it all, and how truly understanding can help us conquer our biases. We will approach the hard conversations and put actions behind how to become aware, challenge our assumptions, identify risks to our teams and business and ensure that we are in control of our biases.

Many want to be allies, but not everyone understands the “how.” In this program, we define allyship and privilege and discuss the connection between the two concepts, while also reviewing the types of roles allies can play through scenarios, scripts and open conversation. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of their own privilege and will feel empowered to speak up and channel it in ways that will help others.
