Meet Kamal Pradhan

Kamal is a globally experienced HR executive specializing in HR transformation, digital strategy, and workforce analytics. With 15+ years of experience, he partners with executives and global teams to modernize HR systems, optimize talent strategies, and drive business performance through
human-centered design and technology-enabled solutions. Kamal is known for building future-ready HR organizations that balance innovation, operational efficiency, and employee engagement—while keeping the
human element front and center.

At Signify Health, he led HR transformation during the company’s $8 billion acquisition by CVS Health, shaping enterprise HR technology strategy, launching a global service center, and scaling AI-driven people
analytics to enhance executive decision-making. Previously, as Vice President, HR Technology & Transformation at CVS Health, he guided enterprise HR operations, talent acquisition technology, and
workforce analytics across distributed teams.

Earlier in his career, at Compass Minerals, Kamal led global HR technology transformations across three continents and guided a $450M South American M&A integration. As a consultant, he advised organizations
including AMC, Hallmark, Bi-State Metro, and CVR Energy on modernizing HR systems and aligning technology with enterprise goals.

Kamal has consistently delivered measurable business impact, including $1M+ in annual savings through process optimization and embedding responsible AI into HR decision-making. His leadership philosophy is
grounded in empathy, action, and courage—helping teams navigate complexity, empowering leaders to thrive, and occasionally bringing in humor to keep work human.

Outside of work, Kamal recharges with family time, Jiu-Jitsu with his son, music from Alternative Rock to Bollywood, exploring nature, and the occasional dumpling. He also sings a little for fun and believes that human connection, curiosity, and a sense of play are just as critical to organizational success as data and systems.
