Meet Katherine Cohn

HRBP

Katherine is a transformational HR leader and trusted business partner with over 15 years of experience supporting high-growth organizations across healthcare, technology, media, and finance. She specializes in translating business strategy into impactful people programs, with deep expertise in leading HRBP teams, organizational effectiveness, change management, performance management, executive coaching, inclusion and belonging, and leadership development.

Most recently, Katherine served as Vice President of Human Resources at Transcarent, a digital healthcare platform valued at $2.2B, where she led the HRBP, Learning & Development, and DEIB functions. She partnered closely with the Executive Leadership Team to scale the organization, drive cultural integration through growth and transformation, and build people programs rooted in inclusion, accountability, and performance.

Prior to Transcarent, Katherine held progressive HR leadership roles at Upwork, where she managed a global HRBP team that supported both employees and freelancers, advised C-suite leaders on complex
organizational change, and led enterprise-wide initiatives, including performance management, engagement, succession planning, and workforce strategy. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Human Resources at MediaLink. She began her HR journey at Odeon Capital Group.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University. As a consultant and advisor, she is known for leading with authenticity, clarity, and heart— helping leaders and organizations unlock potential and build people strategies that drive lasting impact. Katherine is a proud mom to her two sons (one human child, one furry dog), enjoys coaching [solidcore] classes, and planning adventures with her husband in her free time.​
