How I use #Candor: I believe that candor is the unlock to better relationships and minimizing conflict, when it is coupled with care and curiosity (care for others, care for how I leverage it, curiosity about others and about myself). I use candor to say the hard things and ask the unlock questions.
How I use #Courage: I use courage to lean into seemingly hard conversations, seemingly intractable problems, and to ask the questions that are being avoided. I also use courage to challenge myself and to lean into the uncomfortable.
How I use #Care: Care is the foundation that underpins candor and courage. I use care to check in with people and make sure that we stay in alignment, I use care as a compass to determine what I say and how I show up with others.
