Laura is an executive performance and career coach, speaker, and author with three decades of experience shaping leaders and transforming teams across iconic retail and consumer brands. A true New Yorker with working-class grit and grace, she brings honesty, heart, and her core belief—no one does it alone—to every room and every relationship she builds.

Laura’s coaching style is bold, intuitive, and deeply human. She helps leaders see patterns, cuts through complexity with clarity, and guides clients to turn insight into action they can feel. Before becoming a coach, Laura held senior leadership roles across Stores and Operations at Macy’s, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, LensCrafters, Oakley, and The Body Shop. She built and rebuilt high-performing cultures, fast, focused, and built to deliver, and scaled teams across functions and geographies. Laura is recognized for developing powerful senior leaders, elevating talent with stretch and support, and driving transformation through complex, high-pressure chapters. She brings that lived experience into every session, helping leaders navigate big moments with clarity, courage, and presence.

Laura is equally committed to impact beyond business. She serves on the Boards of City Relief and Imagine1day, organizations dedicated to dignity, access, and opportunity for people experiencing homelessness in NYC and for students in Ethiopia.
