    Lauren is a strategic people operations consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, and the complex realities of managing people. With a background as an employment attorney and a deep understanding of workforce planning, she brings both a thoughtful risk lens and a practical, human-centered approach to her work.

    Lauren has supported startups, nonprofits, and small businesses across
    industries, leading projects that range from full-cycle recruitment to
    performance management design, HR systems implementation, and complex employee relations. She’s particularly skilled at helping leaders bring clarity to ambiguity—designing scalable, values-aligned people practices that work in the
    real world.

    Having worked in both internal and consulting roles, Lauren thrives as a partner to founders, executives, and People teams alike. She’s known for her calm presence, sharp judgment, and ability to make HR work better—for people and the business. Whether advising on sensitive issues or building foundational infrastructure, she approaches each challenge with curiosity, care, and a clear- eyed view of what’s possible.

    Lauren is currently based in France, where she lives with her husband and son. She brings a global perspective to her work—always fueled by a strong espresso and a deep commitment to making work better for everyone.
