The Social Styles Offsite gives leaders and teams the opportunity to better understand their own communication patterns, recognize the differences in others, and practice the skills needed to adapt. The result is stronger dialogue, faster alignment, and more effective collaboration across the business.

Pre-session Assessment:
Prior to the offsite, each participant will complete the Social Styles assessment. During the session, they will receive their personalized results, which highlight individual strengths, preferences, and potential challenges. These insights serve as the foundation for both personal reflection and team dialogue.
1-day offsite:
Through a series of highly interactive exercises, participants will explore the four Social Styles: Analytical, Driver, Amiable, and Expressive. We will dive into how directness and responsiveness shape the way people show up, influence, and respond under pressure.
Teams will engage in group activities and breakout sessions designed to bring styles to life, highlight blind spots, and surface opportunities for stronger collaboration. Using real workplace examples, participants will practice “flexing” to meet the needs of different styles, learning how to adapt their approach to build trust, diffuse conflict, and accelerate decision-making.
By the end of the session, the team will co-create a Versatility Map – a collective view of how their styles show up together, and identify the behaviors that will best support alignment, stronger dialogue, and sustainable success. Participants leave the session with fresh insights about themselves and each other, plus concrete strategies for communicating with greater Candor, Courage, and Care™.
