1-DAY OFFSITE:

The session introduces the Candor, Courage, and Care™ framework, highlighting essential leadership behaviors, and leverages insights from the pre-session survey to explore how these behaviors drive success.
The day is thoughtfully designed to include a review of survey results, sparking meaningful discussions on strengthening alignment and collaboration. These efforts culminate in the creation of a Leadership Team Manual, a practical resource to enhance culture, accountability, and strategic execution.
