With more than 20 years of Human Resources experience and over a decade specializing in Talent Acquisition, Lori brings a strategic, relationship-focused approach to helping organizations build exceptional teams. Her background spans corporate HR, compensation, employee relations, and full-cycle recruiting, giving her a unique perspective on aligning talent strategies with business goals.
As a Recruitment Solutions Strategist with Assemble, Lori partners with organizations of all sizes to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, legal, nonprofit, and professional services.
She has successfully recruited for a diverse range of positions, including executive and HR leadership, financial advisors, administrative professionals, skilled trades, and other professional and operational roles. Whether supporting temporary, contract, temp-to-hire, or direct-hire searches, she is committed to creating a positive hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Before joining Assemble, Lori built her career in both corporate HR and agency recruiting, partnering with Fortune 500 companies and growing businesses to develop scalable recruiting strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve hiring processes and retention. As the founder of Yontef Search Group,LLC she also provides fractional recruiting and talent acquisition consulting, helping organizations navigate today’s evolving workforce with flexibility and confidence.
Known for her collaborative style, strong communication, and consultative approach, Lori believes that successful recruiting begins with listening. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and candidates and is passionate about helping people find opportunities where they can thrive while enabling organizations to build strong, engaged teams.
Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from the
University of Rhode Island. She is also a leadership board advisor for the Senior Executive Womens Network (SEWN) and involved with the Network of Executive Women through the Milford Chamber of Commerce; a member of HRACC, and has earned her AI certification. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer with the Ron Foley Foundation, helping to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer research and assistance. A former Zumba instructor, she still loves finding new ways to combine fitness with fun. She enjoys staying active through cardio dance, kickboxing, yoga, biking, hiking, tennis, and pickleball. When she’s not recruiting, you’ll likely find her traveling, spending time at the beach with her family searching for sea glass, and capturing moments through photography.
