Meet Stacy Soberalski

Stacy Soberalski is a globally experienced People and Operations executive with a track record of building and scaling teams across hypergrowth startups, large enterprises, and complex M&A environments. She brings a rare combination of data-driven strategy, operational rigor, and deeply human-centered leadership helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and moments of significant change with clarity and intention.
Over the course of her nearly three-decade career, Stacy has held senior leadership roles at companies including Google (across the U.S. and EMEA), MTV Networks / Viacom, Tribune Company, and Omnicom Media Group. She has also led a range of innovative and high-growth organizations such as Woven Planet Holdings (a Toyota company), Ubiquitous Energy, Grosvenor Americas, and Constellation Brands. Known as a trusted thought partner to CEOs, founders, and executive teams, Stacy brings deep expertise across the full People and Talent lifecycle, from organizational design and workforce strategy to leadership development, culture building, and large-scale transformation.
She is also a Founding Partner of Exitous, a woman-owned HR technology company focused on improving the employee exit experience, bringing greater structure, clarity, and care to a critical moment in the employee lifecycle.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in Occupational Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, grounding her leadership approach in both behavioral science and real-world application.
A committed philanthropist and community advocate, Stacy has served on the advisory council for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, helping to raise more than $20 million in support of its mission. She has also served as an officer on the corporate board of the Boys & Girls Club of Napa Valley and as a professional advisor to DePaul University. A former foster parent, Stacy’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional work, reflecting a lifelong dedication to supporting individuals and communities through times of transition and need.
