How I use #Candor: To help people see what they’re actually capable of – which is often more than they’re giving themselves credit for.
How I use #Courage: To take the first step, even when it’s small. Especially when it’s small.
#whatmattersmost to me: starts with my family and values.
Meet Tisha Clark
Facilitator
Tisha has spent over two decades inside some of the world’s most recognized global brands – the ones that have, at one point, built cult-like followings. She noticed early on that the gap between a great brand and a mediocre one usually isn’t the product. It’s the people in front of the client.
That observation built a career. Starting in marketing and event planning, then moving into learning and leadership development, Tisha brought the same discipline to both: design the experience, then develop the people who deliver it. She’s built teams, departments, and global programs from the ground up – the kind that keep running long after she’s moved on.
Today she works with organizations on the full range of L&D needs: leadership development, manager training, DISC, communication, client service, selling skills, and executive coaching – with an eye toward what moves the needle, not what checks the box. Her approach is practical, immediately applicable, and grounded in what it actually feels like to be in their shoes.
In addition to designing and facilitating programs, Tisha coaches leaders and executives who want to lead with more clarity, connection, and influence – the kind that shows up in how their teams perform, not just how they feel about their manager.
Her signature approach is simple: people learn more when they’re enjoying themselves. Tisha designs and facilitates experiences that feel less like training and more like the kind of conversation you didn’t know you needed – energizing, a little unexpected, and surprisingly hard to forget. And a good experience is what creates great outcomes
