Tori is a project management and operations professional with nearly a decade of experience building the systems and workflows that keep teams running smoothly. Her background in creative operations gives her a distinct edge – she understands how to balance structure with flexibility, and how to support fast-moving, detail-heavy work without slowing anyone down. She has led cross-functional projects, built scalable process infrastructure, and managed initiatives across creative, marketing, and customer experience functions at consumer lifestyle brands. She brings the same organized, people-first approach to her work at Assemble, supporting learning programs and logistics with care and precision.
Outside of work, Tori is the founder of an independent watercolor art and paper goods brand. When she is not running her small business, you can find her knitting, experimenting with a new recipe, getting to a Pilates class, or curled up with her Kindle. She lives in New Jersey with her partner Kyle and their mini dachshund, Pesto.
